Reiki Share Group.

I host a monthly Reiki Share group, which is open to all levels of Reiki.

 I feel that it is very important to get together with like minded people where we can help  and give support to each other within our practice of Reiki.

We start with a chat and share experiences, with our Reiki practice.  We then have a Japanese meditation called Hatsori Ho, during which I share a Reiju blessing.  This gives support to your practice. Don't worry if you are not familiar with Hatsori Ho, as I guide you though the meditation.

We then give each other Reiki treatments, which is lovely.

Every four months we go out for a meal together, this is so that we get to know each other socially.

The cost of the evening is just £3.00, which I donate to charity.

The group meets at Ireley Grounds. Winchcombe, Gloucestershire.
