Blessing Meditation written by Helen Galpin

Sit in a quiet place,close your eyes and focus on your breath, imagine that you are breathing a wonderful golden light and that this light is cleaning and healing as its moves though your body.
Move your hands into gassho. Speak quietly. 


Begin with your name.
I Bless you
I honour you
I love you
IBless you.


Now slowly go though all of the people you are closely connected with, friends and work colleges and anyone who else pops into your mind.
As you speak the words feel the words.


When you are ready lower your hands so that they are open in front of your heart.
Say out loud all the places on Earth that you feel might need healing, then say


I Bless you
I honour you
I love you
I Bless you. 


I hold this love peace healing and light in my hands for you and I share it with you.
Feel the words as you speak them, sit for a while feeling and sharing the healing and love.
Imagine the Earth in your hands, the wonderful blue planet, say out loud


I Bless you
I honour you
I love You
I Bless You


I hold this love peace healing and light in my hands for you and I share it with you.
When you are ready place your hands on your lap and sit in the wonderful healing.
When you are ready give thanks.

This is a wonderful meditation, and if possible practice it daily.
